2. Products & Descriptions
We specialise in handcrafted and bespoke millinery. All items are described as accurately as possible, and we aim to display colours and details faithfully. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and variations in screen displays, slight differences may occur.
3. Ordering Process
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledging the purchase. For bespoke items, we may require further information or consultation before starting your piece.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We accept secure online payments through trusted providers such as PayPal and Stripe.
Your order will not be processed until payment has been received in full.
5. Delivery
We ship within the UK and to select international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on whether the item is in stock or made to order. Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Bespoke Orders
Bespoke or custom-made items are made specifically to your specifications. This includes custom colour requests, sizing, or completely original designs.
Please note: All bespoke orders are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a fault or defect. Under UK consumer law, personalised goods are exempt from the right to cancel or return unless faulty.
We recommend reviewing all design details carefully before confirming your custom order.
7. Returns & Refunds
For ready-to-wear (non-bespoke) items, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at info@jenniferrowleymillinery.com with your order number. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are not offered on bespoke items, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in quality control and packaging. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Jennifer Rowley Millinery. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
10. Website Use
You may browse and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the website, commit fraud, or engage in any activity that could damage the functionality or integrity of the site.
