Shipping Policy
UK orders: UK shipping is FREE.

International: Delivery prices vary per order and per country, please request a quote for accurate prices and services. Our hats are handmade-to-order so please allow 3-4 weeks for production. If this is an urgent order please get in touch and we will try to accommodate your deadline.

Delivery times after your piece has been hand-crafted are:
UK Mainland: 2 to 3 working days / EU and UK Islands: 5 days / International: 8 days
Return & Refund Policy
Firstly, thank you for making a purchase from Jennifer Rowley Millinery and for your support. If for any reason the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible within 7 days of receipt and items are returned to Jennifer Rowley Millinery within 14 days and are returned in the same condition you received it, unmarked, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging.
We are unable to offer refunds on products that have been made-to-order or customised. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
